The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our room had a lovely view of the mountains. There was a small balcony where we could enjoy the view. Centrally located, lots of restaurants, shops and museums nearby. Great place for motorcyclists. Breakfast was provided which allowed us to get an early start to our day.

Our room was nice ~ two queen beds, coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave, flat screen tv. The sliding glass door was permanently closed due to security concerns (on main level, facing parking). Breakfast was provided ~ good selection of food. Gentleman at front desk was courteous and kind, very helpful!

Very accommodating. I had booked a 2nd without realizing because of my blindness. I called the lady told me to call back and talk to the manager. I waited and 3 days before arriving I called and that lady said to wait till I got there. When I did arrive the manager already changed it for me.

Regina

Breakfast waffles, heated pool, comfortable bed, very clean and a great staff. Robi the front desk manager and his assistant were instrumental in answering all needs and went above what would be expected.

Nice location right in the creek pool was clean and warm loved that. The man who checked us in was extremely nice. Will definitely stay again hope the kids weren't too noisy lol
